Geelong Grammar SPACE

Newton Kerr and Partners provided Cost Planning and Post Contract Cost Control to Geelong Grammar for the construction of their new home for creative and cultural activities at the Corio Campus. A black box theatre and a multi-purpose hall along with drama classrooms and front and back of house facilities was designed by Peter Elliott Architects, with the building winning the 2016 AIA Educational Architecture Award.
