From the tender documentation, we measure and produce Bills of Quantities in accordance with the Australian Standard Method of Measurement for issuing to the tenderers. These Bills of Quantities will ensure a competitive and equal tendering base is established, producing more reliable and competitive tender prices. From this same documentation, we prepare a pre-tender construction cost estimate before tenders close. We then review the tenders received, and comment on any inclusions and exclusions which may affect the final completed construction cost or contract construction time.

We prepare reports comparing the tenders, listing the pros and cons and assessing the value of each tender, and report on the inclusions and exclusions so that an equal comparison can be made.
