We prepare reports that incorporate recommendation for payment for the value of completed works, financial statements of current and forecast final construction cost. We comment on construction progress and cashflow updates, and provide early warning of potential problems.

We report on the suitability of the construction contract, together with any clauses that may have an effect on the project completion cost and timing.
