Avondrust Lodge is a three-storey luxurious aged care residence with a café, shop, private dining and lounge spaces, and landscaped courtyards. The architect was Thomson Adsett, whom we thank for the photographs. In 2018, the Macedonian Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria embarked on the construction of their new cultural centre in Epping, Victoria. The cultural centre includes multi-purpose function rooms for regular classes, social activities, and festivals. There is a reception hall, library/classroom, offices, a lecture theatre/cinema, a radio studio, and a museum. The building works were carried out exceptionally well by Technik Constructions of Yarraville. Newton Kerr and Partners provided Financier Reporting Services to Baptist Financial Services and the Macedonian Orthodox Community.

Newton Kerr and Partners provided master planning and post contract cost control to Camberwell Grammar for the construction of their new sports centre, including a 51.5m swimming pool, basketball stadium, table tennis hall, gymnasium, basement car park, turf sports oval, function centre, commercial kitchen, and the jewel in the crown, the school Chapel. The facility was designed and project managed by Peter Crone Architects and constructed by Icon-Cockram Constructions.
Newton Kerr and Partners provided Cost Planning and Post Contract Cost Control to Geelong Grammar for the construction of their new home for creative and cultural activities at the Corio Campus. A black box theatre and a multi-purpose hall, along with drama classrooms and front and back of house facilities, were designed by Peter Elliott Architects, with the building winning the 2016 AIA Educational Architecture Award.
In February 2018, Lowther Hall Anglican Girls School officially opened Blinkbonnie House, a facility for Early years education. The three-storey building contains classrooms, art areas, mezzanine platforms, a mini library, a multi-purpose physical education space, a specialist music room, and outdoor play spaces. Wonderfully designed by McIldowie Architects, and exceptionally well built by APM Group, Newton Kerr and Partners were engaged at the early cost planning stage, design development cost plan stage, the tender negotiation stage, and the post-contract stage, where we provided recommendations on progress claims and variations.

The establishment of a consolidated Robotics Platform within Building 36 at the Clayton Campus of Monash University. The project will support the Faculty of Engineering to align resources, open workspaces and enable technology to achieve a streamlined and dedicated research environment. The delivery of a robotics platform aims to develop an interdisciplinary approach to robotics research and education, breaking away from traditional industry and manufacturing approaches and further exploring the discipline within human environments and integration with people. Newton Kerr and Partners provide cost planning and post contract services, reporting directly to the Monash University project manager and the Architect Studio Bright. Hutchinson Builders were the main contractors and provided exemplary service to the university.
