As a builder and quantity surveyor, Stephen’s experience covers design development, construction management, cost planning, contract negotiation and estimating. He has project managed many major commercial, retail, industrial and office developments.
Stephen began his relationship with NK+P in 1996 before taking on respective roles as an estimator, administrator and project manager with building firm, Construction Engineering Australia. In 2004 he
rejoined NK+P as a director.
