Mi-Care Avondrust Lodge

Mi-Care completed construction of their 2 stage 120 room Carrum Downs Aged Care Facility in 2021. Avondrust Lodge is a three-storey luxurious aged care residence with café, shop, private dining and lounge spaces, and landscaped courtyards. Architect was Thomson Adsett, whom we thank for the photographs. Newton Kerr and Partners provided Cost Planning services from inception, and post contract services to practical completion and beyond.
